It can be helpful ~ not required, but helpful ~ to have at least a basic understanding of the notes on a guitar, but learning the A, B, C’s (D, E, F & G’s too) can seem a little intimidating. Here’s a super simple 5 minute video explaining the basics of notes on the guitar neck. You might find it’s noteworthy!
