Your day begins with a calming meditation session, followed by a gentle yoga practice to nurture your body and mind. Afterward, indulge in the soothing experience of aromatic tea, before settling into a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath to release any lingering stress.
Please bring your yoga mat/towel/blanket, snacks, and water to keep hydrated throughout the day.
