Join Marlene for a session of Yo-Guitar, Yoga for Guitarists. She’ll teach asanas (poses) focused on relieving tension and increasing flexibility in the muscles and tendons crucial for playing guitar, including your neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, and hands.
No prior yoga experience or special equipment is needed to participate.
All poses can be performed seated. Please wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement. You may also wish to have your guitar handy, so you can feel the before-and-after difference in how you hold and play your instrument!
